Record to Report Analyst

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to specific processes such as GL reconciliation, bank reconciliation, intra‑group and fixed‑assets accounting.
• Execute accounts reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting during period‑end close.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Investigate and resolve issues in line with market requirements.
• Collaborate with market teams and other streams to resolve issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Ready to join the team as soon as possible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in basic accounting.
• Willingness to work any shift.
• Dynamic, adaptable to change and proactive.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
