About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role supports the smooth operation of the office by handling front‑desk duties and basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide support to office staff with various organizational tasks as needed.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused and approachable demeanor.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
