Quote to Cash Professional – French Bilingual

About the role

IBM Finance & Operations is seeking a French‑bilingual Quote to Cash Professional to support end‑to‑end transaction processing. The role combines analytical expertise with collaboration across sales, finance and operations to ensure smooth order‑to‑cash cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls, ensuring seamless integration from quote to cash.
• Prepare and audit quotes, proposals, contracts, orders and billing documents.
• Maintain accurate customer master records to support transaction integrity.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance sales productivity and timely transaction processing.
• Support order‑to‑cash integration aligned with overall Quote to Cash objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes, including supply and demand management.
• Familiarity with transaction management, contract audit, and order processing.
• Ability to work within business controls and maintain data accuracy.
