Quality Supervisor - Bulacan

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring a Quality Supervisor in Bulacan. The supervisor mentors, guides and develops Quality Analysts, supervises their performance and ensures they follow processes while supporting them in analysing and resolving client issues, including escalation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, guide and help develop a career path for Quality Analysts
• Implement, oversee and enforce escalation channels according to agreed procedures
• Lead a high-performing team to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical skills
• Set ambitious but realistic team goals
• Work with direct reports on plans to execute and measure progress and share results
• Identify actionable insights, offer recommendations and shape the team's strategy

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant people management experience, within or outside the BPO space
• Background in giving constructive feedback and implementing corrective action plans
• Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively

Required skills

• High-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards
• Passion for developing the skills of team members
