About the role
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
- Support management in making data‑driven decisions through accurate and timely analysis.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data‑backed improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and address data needs.
