Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

The Purchasing Supervisor will lead the sourcing and procurement of essential own‑use materials for MR DIY PH operations. This role ensures cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining high service quality and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution services.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLA) with logistics providers.
• Analyze logistics costs and implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising service quality.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, compliance, or quality.
• Collaborate with outbound and finance teams to align procurement strategies with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and company procurement policies.
• Support logistics planning by providing timely procurement of freight services.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on logistics procurement KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics procurement.
