Warehouse Officer - Quality Management

About the role

The Warehouse Officer – Quality Management drives end‑to‑end quality performance across multiple warehouse sites. You will enforce SOPs, detect issues proactively, and lead cross‑functional resolution to meet KPI targets such as DDR and other damage categories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site visits to warehouses (e.g., Dasma, Tonivic) and perform floor audits across collection, packing, dispatch, and storage areas.
• Identify, escalate, and enforce correction of SOP deviations, ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Own KPI performance (DDR, other damage categories) and lead initiatives to improve them.
• Detect potential quality risks early, monitor operational patterns, and recommend preventive actions based on trend analysis.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major quality issues and ensure CAPA implementation, verification, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with RTM, purchasing, warehouse operations, and compliance teams; escalate unresolved non‑compliance cases.
• Maintain audit readiness, conduct internal compliance checks, and strengthen adherence to SOPs and quality documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to QM Supervisors, ensuring daily compliance and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or quality enforcement.
• Strong background in root‑cause analysis, process improvement, and operational quality control.
• Ability to work in high‑pressure, field‑based environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
