Public Relations & Communications Manager (On‑Site)

About the role

The Corporate Communications & Public Relations Manager will lead Deloitte Philippines' media relations, external communications, and content strategy. This senior role shapes thought leadership, manages crisis communications, and ensures consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop editorial content, monitor media and social media mileage, and oversee the weekly newspaper column.
• Write thought‑leadership articles, news releases, ad copy, op‑eds, and marketing collaterals based on Deloitte research.
• Create and maintain a content strategy and calendar to promote the firm’s services.
• Edit and proofread internal and external communications, proposals, presentation decks, and speech talking points.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on communications, especially during emergencies or crises.
• Manage media relations, craft press releases, organize press conferences, and respond to negative press.
• Work with brand, marketing, and social media teams to produce digital content that reflects Deloitte’s values and messaging.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Communication Arts, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in business communication, marketing, or related areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven project‑management ability.
• Demonstrated experience writing thought‑leadership pieces, press releases, and coordinating media outreach.
• Familiarity with industry trends and a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
