Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Pontoon Solutions is looking for a highly motivated B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and demand through integrated digital and account‑based marketing programs across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise ABM and demand‑generation campaigns across paid and organic channels, including LinkedIn and Outreach.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and event teams to align messaging, audience segmentation and persona development.
• Analyse campaign performance and audience data to improve ROI and pipeline growth.
• Support product launches and promote 15+ B2B events through digital channels.
• Manage and optimise the corporate website, applying SEO, UX and conversion‑optimisation best practices; Sitecore experience is a plus.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys and marketing funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholder groups.
• Confident communicator capable of working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ABM platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Outreach).
• SEO, UX and conversion optimisation techniques.
• Website management systems, preferably Sitecore.
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or Canva for creating visual assets.
