F&B Marketing Director

About the role

Lead the overall marketing and communications strategy across all group brands for a growing multinational upscale food and beverage brand in the Philippines, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and protect brand positioning, identity, and portfolio strategy for each concept while maintaining a cohesive group brand narrative.
• Develop and execute commercial growth initiatives such as daypart optimisation, corporate partnerships, private dining programmes, and guest acquisition strategies.
• Lead public relations, media relations, influencer partnerships and reputation management.
• Drive CRM, guest retention and loyalty strategies through data‑driven segmentation and personalised engagement.
• Oversee paid and organic marketing channels, budgets and performance analytics to ensure strong ROI.
• Build, lead and develop the marketing team and external agency partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience within hospitality, F&B, luxury, lifestyle or consumer‑facing brands.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple brands or business units.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and optimise campaigns.
• Experience in managing and leading a marketing team effectively.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
