Project Manager – Architectural & Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed schedules, resource allocations, and feasibility studies.
• Lead internal teams and external vendors, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, oversee procurement, and enforce cost‑control measures.
• Track milestones, adjust plans as needed, and maintain alignment with objectives.
• Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact, conduct meetings, and provide transparent updates.
• Define standards, validate deliverables, and oversee testing/reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and compliance logs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct evaluations, lessons‑learned sessions, and finalize documentation for project turnover.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in architectural or interior design projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Immediate availability to start.
