Construction Manager – MEP

About the role

Mace is seeking a Construction Manager to lead MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) delivery on complex projects. You will ensure compliance with Mace standards, programme objectives and client requirements while fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEP construction delivery, managing health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning and site performance throughout the project.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Drive programme performance using proactive coordination, digital tools, productivity monitoring and risk management.
• Implement quality, commissioning, logistics and delivery strategies to achieve key milestones and successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven MEP delivery expertise with strong technical, planning, quality and commissioning knowledge.
• Experience leading complex projects, driving safety, performance and consistent standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaborative leadership skills.
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification, professional accreditation and SMSTS certification.
