Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

About the role

The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager will lead a centralized function that defines, maintains, and enforces standards for New Product Introduction (NPI) execution across the factory. This role ensures projects are planned, executed, and delivered in line with organizational goals, providing governance, consistency, and control.

Key responsibilities

• Align factory NPI procedures with global and Business Unit Product Development Process standards.
• Prioritize and align projects with business value, capacity, and strategic objectives.
• Track project health (scope, schedule, cost, risks, benefits) and produce dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate shared resources, balance demand versus capacity, and reduce overallocation.
• Establish risk identification and mitigation standards, escalating major issues as needed.
• Provide project management training, coaching, and mentorship to MSR leads.
• Own or support project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet, ensuring data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Minimum 3 years in NPI, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing transfer, ramp‑up management, and project management principles.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios simultaneously.
