Project Coordinator (Healthcare Technology)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support Bullseye Solutions Inc.’s healthcare‑technology initiatives by ensuring that project milestones are met, documentation is complete, and equipment deployments run smoothly. This role bridges technical teams, suppliers, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Track project schedules, update status reports, resolve issues, and prepare final documentation for project closure.
• Process purchase orders, notices of award, contracts, and notices to proceed, ensuring all paperwork is submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate equipment lists, monitor staging and deployment status, and coordinate delivery to project sites.
• Manage inventory of supplies by working with import and purchasing departments to prevent delays.
• Coordinate activities across services, sales, logistics, CNC, and accounting, keeping all records filed within required cut‑off dates.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide regular project updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, consolidate, and archive project documents, meeting notes, and certifications.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall project efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on detail.
• Experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in handling contracts, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
