About the role

The Program Manager for Niche and Special Markets will lead the design, execution, and oversight of strategic programs aimed at specialized banking segments. This role works closely with sales, product, and operational teams to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads, sales, product, and operational stakeholders to develop and execute targeted programs.
• Use market insights and customer feedback to tailor initiatives for niche market segments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, operations, service, and product owners—to plan and implement programs.
• Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that enhance program effectiveness.
• Implement process improvements based on performance data and feedback.
• Engage key clients and stakeholders to build relationships and improve satisfaction.
• Leverage CRM tools and customer insights to refine program delivery.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer behavior research to inform strategy.
• Lead training workshops for sales teams to enhance their capability in niche market programs.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with awareness of trends affecting niche and special market segments.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic programs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
