Program Manager II – Order Management

About the role

TrueNAS is looking for a Program Manager II to own high‑priority order processes, drive continuous improvements and collaborate across multiple functions. This on‑site role in Makati requires a detail‑oriented professional who can balance analytical rigor with proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee processing of high‑priority orders ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timeliness.
• Manage escalations from Level 1 Program Managers, resolving complex billing or margin issues.
• Lead high‑visibility order initiatives, aligning stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate regular check‑ins and provide status updates on critical orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for cross‑departmental inquiries and issue resolution.
• Represent the order management team in operational meetings with senior leadership.

• Mid‑level professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of handling complex problem‑solving.
