About the role
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the hardware supply chain lifecycle for an international gaming account, handling procurement, inventory, and delivery across multiple locations. The role requires strong analytical abilities and fluency in Excel and NetSuite.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders and transfer orders in NetSuite, track order status, and resolve delays.
- Monitor inventory across warehouses, investigate variances, and support cycle‑count programs.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, RMAs, and hardware component returns.
- Build and maintain Excel reports with advanced formulas and pivot tables to provide weekly inventory health updates.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of supply‑chain experience in tech hardware or electronics.
- Strong organization, communication, and ability to work with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of import and export requirements.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables).
- NetSuite experience for purchase orders, item records, and transfer orders.
