Production Support Associate – EMEA (Manila)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Production Support Associate to join our Manila team, supporting global markets and top brands across EMEA. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where you will manage the full order lifecycle while developing valuable sales‑operations and supply‑chain expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Generate and update purchase orders in Oracle EBS, handling scope changes efficiently.
• Oversee quality checks, proof approvals, shipping, and tracking to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.
• Issue invoices within two business days of shipment completion.
• Provide proactive communication on order status to Account Managers, Client Service Coordinators, and clients.
• Identify and resolve order‑related issues, escalating when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Logistics, Quality Control, and Client Services teams.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and data entry.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in sales operations, order management, supply chain, or branded merchandising.
• 2+ years in customer‑service or client‑facing roles.
• Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment (retail, logistics, workflow management, etc.).
• College degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work under pressure.
