Field Sales Executive

About the role

DHL Express is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers across the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering tailored service solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face sales visits to manage and grow a customer portfolio.
• Liaise with internal DHL departments to resolve customer queries, service issues, and credit concerns.
• Provide management with performance data against key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other support functions such as Operations to align on customer needs.
• Meet regularly with sales management to review and adjust personal sales plans.
• Coordinate service recovery and ensure all non‑sales activities are handled by the appropriate support teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical ability to resolve complex cross‑functional issues.
• Excellent relationship‑building, presentation, and communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and empathetic approach to customer service.
