About the role
Grab is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead key account relationships across Southeast Asia. You will act as the primary liaison between merchants and internal teams, driving growth and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular stakeholder engagement.
- Lead business reviews, analyse performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Pitch products and services, negotiate contract terms and drive commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end merchant services and respond to market trends.
- Resolve merchant issues and act as the bridge between customers and internal departments.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor KPI performance, prepare reports and provide insights for management.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Sell Grab’s products, services and value propositions, from negotiation to onboarding.
- Achieve acquisition targets by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in FMCG or e‑commerce.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated passion, leadership and self‑motivation.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a multifunctional environment.
