About the role

EMAPTA is seeking a Product Manager (Growth) to drive product expansion through data‑driven experimentation. The position is fully remote, operates on a night‑shift schedule, and includes weekends off, allowing you to focus on impactful growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product growth initiatives using analytics and experimentation.
• Define, track, and report on key growth metrics.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement growth strategies.
• Monitor performance and iterate on experiments to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product growth, analytics or experimentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours and manage remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
