Product Commercialization Lead

About the role

The Product Commercialization Lead ensures end‑to‑end commercialization of marketing initiatives, working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement and external suppliers to launch products on time, within budget and to quality standards. This role drives process improvements to increase speed, visibility and execution excellence across new product launches (NPL) and business‑as‑usual (BAU) projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supportability assessments, define production requirements and create execution plans in partnership with project owners, Supply Chain, Procurement and suppliers.
• Manage raw material and packaging readiness, including quantity confirmation, artwork approvals and equipment or line requirements.
• Oversee finished‑goods production milestones from commissioning and trials through commercial runs and deployment.
• Provide post‑launch recommendations on forecast re‑trends, material reordering and stock rebalancing.
• Communicate project timelines, costs and risks with regular updates in weekly and monthly forums.
• Support Annual Business Planning by creating, revising and endorsing capacity builds, validating volume assumptions and securing official endorsement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material planning, approvals and execution processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product commercialization, launch management or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess supportability, forecast trends and material requirements.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder updates and risk reporting.
