Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the full acquisition cycle for technical materials and services in a high‑demand manufacturing environment. The role bridges strategic industrial purchasing with rigorous process auditing to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end procurement, from evaluating engineering specifications to issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Audit and validate documentation for external services and contracts, ensuring SAP/Fieldglass records match operational and financial execution.
• Lead bidding processes, evaluate vendor quotations, and negotiate commercial terms to optimize cost and quality.
• Ensure all transactions comply with government regulations and internal corporate policies.
• Analyze vendor performance metrics and propose improvements to reduce cycle times and administrative errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 18 months of procurement or supply‑chain experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent technical communication in English.
• Availability to start within approximately two weeks.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 HANA, or similar.
• Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass for contingent workforce management.
