Technical Project Manager – Sheet Metal Manufacturing

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead sheet‑metal manufacturing projects. The role is fully remote and focuses on coordinating engineering activities, ensuring design accuracy, and delivering high‑quality fabricated parts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor sheet‑metal projects from concept to delivery.
• Use SolidWorks to develop and validate designs.
• Manage project schedules and resources with tools such as MS Project or Monday.com.
• Coordinate with production teams to apply bending allowances, nesting strategies, machining tolerances, and finishing processes.
• Track project performance, resolve issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Proven background in manufacturing, engineering, and sheet‑metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex engineering projects.
• Deep understanding of sheet‑metal processes, including bending, nesting, machining tolerances, and finishing.

Required skills

• SolidWorks
• MS Project or equivalent project‑management software
• Monday.com or similar collaborative planning tools
