Procurement Officer (Hotel)

About the role

The hotel is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of operational supplies, food, and beverage items. The role ensures cost‑effective procurement while maintaining high quality and compliance with hotel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select cost‑effective, high‑quality suppliers for operational, food, and beverage items.
• Maintain agreed‑upon stock (PAR) levels and monitor the secure flow of goods in and out of the hotel.
• Collaborate with executive chefs, housekeeping managers, F&B teams, and other departments to meet their procurement needs on time.
• Ensure all transactions comply with hotel purchasing policies, budgets, and financial controls.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 25 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
