Procurement Manager

About the role

As a Procurement Manager at Collins Aerospace, you will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for aerospace components, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance and cost effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute buyer standard work to manage a group of suppliers, placing demand, confirming commitments and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Process and maintain RFQs, purchase orders and portal activities for suppliers.
• Analyze and monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage supplier relationships, identify trends, mitigate risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Review critical shortages with stakeholders and work with suppliers to close delivery gaps.
• Create Line of Balance (LOB) and WIP trackers to monitor part recovery status.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce overdue deliveries.
• Collaborate with business units to eliminate risks such as outstanding SRIs, CADs and FAIs.
• Lead alternate solutions for operational challenges and support cross‑functional procurement projects.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 8 years of relevant procurement experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years, or 12 years without a degree.
• Proven experience in aerospace electronics procurement and familiarity with aerospace drawings, specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain management, export regulations and compliance.
