Supply Chain Analyst II

About the role

As a Supply Chain Analyst II you will support demand and capacity planning, production control and inventory management for key projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure production schedules, delivery commitments and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review weekly resource allocation and monthly production plans, monitor daily output and ensure material supply continuity.
• Analyse backlog, identify root causes of delayed orders and coordinate corrective actions with sales and operations.
• Maintain raw material, component and finished‑goods inventory data, update MRP, and manage open purchase orders.
• Drive NG inventory clearance, block‑inventory resolution and timely RMA processing.
• Conduct capacity and demand analysis to reduce lead time and keep SAP lead‑time data accurate.
• Create and release purchase orders based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and communicate with operations for timely execution.
• Collaborate with customers and the global demand team, evaluate IBP data and align project schedules with capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
