Process Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a Process Technical Support professional to assist our manufacturing floor with day‑to‑day technical issues. The role involves troubleshooting production equipment, supporting process improvements and ensuring smooth operation during all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical assistance for production lines and equipment.
• Identify, analyse and resolve root‑cause issues affecting product quality or throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, actions taken and outcomes.
• Support shift schedules and be available for weekend or holiday coverage as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or college undergraduate studies; vocational or technical training in electronics, industrial technology or manufacturing is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a manufacturing, process, production or quality technician, or in technical support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision after training.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and use other quality/engineering tools.
