Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production floor in Malvar, Batangas. The successful candidate will run and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring that output meets our quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust production machines according to work instructions.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts while maintaining a clean work area.
• Monitor machine performance, record production data, and report any abnormalities.
• Perform routine checks and minor adjustments using hand tools to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Inspect products for defects and follow quality‑control procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily output targets.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills for reporting issues and following instructions.
