Operator – Production Support (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to join our Manila production facility. The Operator will work closely with the Team Leader to execute production instructions and schedules for Aimpoint COA LED products, supporting the manufacturing of photodiodes, photodiode arrays and high‑performance sensors used in LiDAR and safety applications.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all safety protocols throughout the shift.
• Assist in providing labor requirements for assembly and testing of LED products.
• Maintain consistent product volume, quality and reliability in line with production targets.
• Monitor and meet production KPIs; promptly report any issues to the Supervisor or Engineers.
• Participate in overtime and cross‑training on other process stations as needed.

Required profile

• Senior High School graduate, STEM track (fresh graduates accepted).
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and engineers.
• Positive attitude, keen observation skills and willingness to work overtime.
• Flexibility to be cross‑trained on multiple stations.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (advantage).
• Familiarity with assembly and testing of LED products.
