PR Content Manager

About the role

The PR Content Manager will lead the creation and delivery of communication materials for various business units serving consumer markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the bank’s public relations strategy and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across digital, media and internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units and MCG to develop annual PR plans, content calendars and performance reports.
• Research, generate story ideas and produce PR content on schedule for digital, mainstream and internal platforms.
• Conduct interviews with experts, customers and community members to gather insights and quotes.
• Draft executive messages and craft narratives that align with the bank’s brand and mission.
• Monitor industry trends to keep content relevant and impactful.
• Uphold accuracy, fairness and journalistic standards in all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an editor, writer, multimedia content creator or similar role in a media environment.
• Strong storytelling ability with visual communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of conducting interviews and engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.
