PowerBI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a PowerBI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver accurate, high‑performance visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create effective visualizations and insights.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, APIs) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs to deliver meaningful insights.
• Optimize reports for performance and scalability across large datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on data modeling and ETL processes.
• Manage Power BI service for publishing, sharing, and securing reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
