Platform Engineer – Cloud Operations

About the role

Atmail is looking for a talented Platform Engineer to join its Cloud Platforms team. You will operate and enhance our cloud‑based email services, ensuring they remain highly available, stable, secure, and cost‑efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Atmail cloud platforms, maintaining high availability and security.
• Review, prioritize, and execute work requests from internal customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new platform features aligned with the product roadmap.
• Define and track success metrics for platform reliability.
• Provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to improve product and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in software engineering or platform operations.
• Overall 5 + years in IT, with a proven ability to solve customer problems.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and within an agile team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
