UI Developer – React, JavaScript (Mid Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a UI Developer to join our team on a mid‑shift schedule (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM PHT). The role focuses on building responsive, accessible, and high‑performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces with React and related ecosystems.
• Create reusable UI components and front‑end libraries.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability.
• Debug and resolve front‑end issues across browsers and devices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of core object‑oriented JavaScript concepts and ES6+ features.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with React.js.
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries such as MobX or Redux.
• Understanding of DOM APIs, CSS layout techniques, and responsive design.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards.
