Systems Administrator (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

The Systems Administrator will provide end‑to‑end support for desktop and server environments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms. This remote position is based in the Philippines and requires strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016/2019 issues.
• Manage Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and related cloud services.
• Handle server administration, networking, and security tasks, including Hyper‑V host deployment.
• Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking switches, and access points.
• Process escalated tickets from Level 1 technicians, covering break/fix, application installs, and user settings.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and maintain documentation on the internal platform.
• Use ticketing systems (preferably Autotask) to track, document, and escalate issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of systems administration or advanced desktop support experience.
• 3+ years in a multi‑client (MSP) environment.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications required; MD‑100 and MD‑101 preferred (can be obtained after hire).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
