Plant Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Finance Controller to lead financial operations at our facility in the National Capital Region. The role requires strong analytical abilities, deep knowledge of financial reporting, and a focus on cost efficiency to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Prepare monthly management reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Implement cost‑control measures to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record in managing budgets effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
