Physician Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Physician Engagement Specialist supports initiatives that strengthen relationships with physicians and enhance the overall patient experience at The Medical City South Luzon. This role implements programs, feedback mechanisms, and communication activities to promote physician satisfaction and a patient‑centered culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, distributing, and managing physician and patient experience surveys, evaluation tools, and feedback forms.
• Compile, organize, and maintain records of physician concerns, patient feedback, and engagement‑related issues.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and requirements for physician meetings, onboarding activities, and engagement events.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, reports, briefs, and updates related to physician engagement and patient experience programs.
• Facilitate follow‑up actions with relevant departments to address physician concerns, service issues, or patient experience observations.
• Monitor incoming feedback through various channels and route issues for appropriate resolution.
• Support the implementation of training, orientation sessions, and culture‑building activities that promote patient‑centered care.
• Assist in gathering operational data and producing summaries for leadership review.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, events, programs, and activities related to physician and patient experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing, Allied Health, Health Administration, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient relations, customer service, or quality management.
