Company Nurse (RN) – Corporate Health & Safety

About the role

The Company Nurse provides essential healthcare and occupational health services to employees in a corporate environment. Working closely with People & Culture and other teams, the nurse ensures a safe, healthy workplace through direct care, health assessments, and coordination of medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess nursing care needs, deliver first aid, administer medications, and conduct health assessments.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and clinic resources.
• Create and safeguard confidential employee health and wellness records.
• Conduct workplace health and safety inspections, report hazards, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), Pre‑Employment Medical Examinations (PEME), and fitness‑for‑duty assessments.
• Collaborate with HMO providers, external clinics, and hospitals for medical reports, certificates, and fit‑to‑work clearances.
• Support DOLE OSH and OHNAP compliance activities and serve as a subject‑matter expert on occupational safety and health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in primary healthcare, company nursing, or a similar setting; corporate experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and OHNAP requirements.
• Experience with employee health assessments, first aid, clinic operations, and medical documentation.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
