Compassionate Registered Nurse

About the role

The Medical City South Luzon is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to deliver exceptional patient care. You will work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ conditions, assess needs, and provide appropriate care and advice.
• Observe and interpret symptoms, communicating findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injection administration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards by decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants.

Required profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license.
• Strong patient‑care focus and ability to prioritize needs.
• Effective collaboration and communication with physicians, patients, and families.
• Commitment to operational compliance and safety regulations.
• Leadership qualities to mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
