Performance Video Editor (Meta Ads)

About the role

Eucalyptus, a digital healthcare platform, is looking for a Performance Video Editor to lead Juniper AU's post-production team in Manila. This is a hands-on role focused mainly on Meta performance creative: editing high-volume content yourself, creating variations from existing footage, and acting as a senior on-the-ground presence who gives feedback, improves workflows and brings consistency to the editing team.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and oversee high-volume performance content, with a strong focus on Meta-first creative
• Create and iterate on short-form ads, UGC, cutdowns, hooks and new variations to improve performance
• Lead and support the Manila-based post-production team, lifting quality, speed and consistency
• Give clear creative feedback to editors and guide the team toward stronger, performance-focused work
• Work with producers, creatives and performance marketers to turn briefs into sharp, platform-aware content
• Apply an understanding of hooks, pacing and retention to creative testing and iteration
• Help the team adopt smarter, more efficient ways of working, including new tools and workflows
• Contribute to content development and brainstorms, and maintain post-production standards for files, versions, feedback rounds and delivery

Required profile

• 3-5 years of editing at pace, in-house, agency or freelance, with a reel showing range and a feel for performance-driven content
• Performance-literate: understands hooks, pacing, retention and iteration, and cares as much about performance as polish
• Platform-aware: knows how content behaves on paid social, especially Meta, and adapts creative to different formats and audiences
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with performance marketers
• Open to new tools, including AI-enabled workflows, and fast, organised and dependable in a high-output environment

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience editing for YouTube, organic social or broader brand campaigns
• Formal people management experience
• Experience in health, wellness or another sensitive consumer category
