Wealth & Lending Marketing Specialist

About the role

A remote, senior IC-style role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, based in the Philippines. You will own the growth of two strategic consumer products: the VIP wealth management program and the lending program, covering strategy, positioning, acquisition, lifecycle and retention, with a clear mandate to grow assets, loans and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and roadmap for both products, define positioning and messaging, and identify the most valuable customer segments
• Run acquisition campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive sign-ups, deposits, AUM and loan originations, and build referral, partner and ambassador motions
• Set, track and report on KPIs such as AUM, net new deposits, loan book size, revenue, retention and CAC/LTV
• Design lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app and CRM to onboard, educate, upsell and retain customers, including cross-sell between wealth and lending
• Turn complex financial mechanics into clear, trustworthy copy and produce or commission landing pages, product guides, comparisons, case studies and educational content
• Work with product teams on roadmaps and launches, coordinate with compliance and legal, and collaborate with brand, growth, content and social teams

Required profile

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time owning consumer financial products end-to-end
• Track record of growing a product against hard commercial KPIs
• Strong written English and comfort working with data and analytics
• Experience working with compliance and legal teams on regulated financial marketing
• Nice to have: direct experience with wealth management, private banking, lending or crypto yield/lending, and familiarity with crypto channels and communities
