Outlet Team Leader

About the role

The Outlet Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet at Fairmont Makati, a luxury hotel located in Manila’s financial district. Reporting to the outlet manager, the role ensures that guests receive the high‑standard, personalized service expected of a five‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the outlet team in all aspects of the department, guaranteeing that service standards are consistently met.
• Handles guest concerns promptly, providing professional, friendly and engaging service to enhance the guest experience.
• Implements outlet policies, procedures and service standards while adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations when handling food and beverages.

Required profile

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment (preferred).
• Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills, leadership ability and the capacity to motivate colleagues toward excellence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
• Competence in MS Office applications.
