Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the on‑site concierge team at Westside Resort, a large integrated resort in Entertainment City, Parañaque. This full‑time position ensures that every guest receives seamless assistance from arrival to departure, overseeing both concierge and bellman functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily concierge operations, including handling guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements.
• Mentor and coach concierge and bellman staff to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with other resort departments to guarantee smooth guest experiences.
• Manage luggage handling, escort guests to rooms, and respond to special guest needs.
• Monitor service quality, address issues promptly, and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in concierge services and reservations, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external providers.
• Experience in receptionist duties or customer‑service roles within hospitality.
• Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance, discretion with confidential information, and fluency in English; Filipino or other languages are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is an advantage.
