Bellman – Concierge Role

About the role

The Bellman provides premium concierge and guest‑service support at Hilton Manila Newport World Resort. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay from arrival through departure, upholding Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and explain hotel facilities and room features.
• Promote Hilton Honors enrollment and deliver personalized benefits to members.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, providing follow‑up and feedback to the Chief Concierge.
• Manage luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval efficiently and securely.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and public areas, ensuring all hotel materials are stocked and information is readily available.
• Provide accurate local attraction, transportation, and activity information to guests and team members.
• Handle incoming messages, packages, and daily post for guests and the hotel.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Good knowledge of Hilton’s facilities, services, and the Hilton Honors program.
• Familiarity with local attractions, transportation options, and points of interest.
