Operations Trainer – Onboarding & Upskilling

About the role

First Advantage is seeking an Operations Trainer to lead new‑hire onboarding and ongoing upskilling initiatives. The role focuses on delivering product and system training, ensuring teams have the knowledge and confidence to perform at a high level.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire and upskilling training on product and system processes.
• Periodically update training materials to maximize learner engagement.
• Deliver refresher sessions based on operational feedback.
• Maintain accurate training reports and ensure data integrity.
• Support organizational goals by meeting training output targets and controlling attrition while achieving high pass rates.
• Provide consistent scoring and feedback for all participants.
• Organize monthly cyclic activities, including refresher training and policy awareness sessions.
• Handle people‑related and product‑related escalations during training.
• Plan and run campaigns to improve compliance and process awareness.
• Execute training tasks on short notice and enhance workshop content.
• Develop cross‑functional skills and support team training needs.

Required profile

• College or secondary school graduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 + years experience in global operations.
