Omnichannel Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical and detail‑oriented Omnichient Systems Administrator to support, optimise, and expand our customer‑engagement ecosystem. The position is fully remote, operates on a night‑shift schedule, and centres on the Five9 telephony platform while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimise Five9 call‑center solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Five9 issues, and build, test, and deploy enhancements.
• Support additional omnichannel applications and manage Salesforce integration points.
• Review logs, perform root‑cause analysis, and conduct impact assessments.
• Test changes across environments and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Recommend enhancements and deliver training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with Five9 or a similar telephony platform.
• Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, and basic Python or JavaScript.

Required skills

• Five9 platform administration.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• API integration troubleshooting.
• SQL querying.
• Python or JavaScript basics.
• Low‑code/no‑code tools (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum methodology (preferred).
