About the role
We are looking for a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries through email, live chat and ticketing systems. The role is based onsite in Dagupan City and offers a fast‑paced environment where clear written communication and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via email, live chat and ticketing platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document all interactions and updates in the system.
- Meet established quality and productivity targets.
Required profile
- Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
- Good grammar, comprehension and typing speed.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and navigate basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dagupan City and follow a split‑day‑off schedule after training.

What we offer
