Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French) – Onsite in Taguig

About the role

We are seeking a trilingual Service Desk Analyst who can communicate fluently in Dutch and French to join our on‑site IT support team in Taguig City. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, handling inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and resolve user requests and incidents through telephone, email, and case tracking system.
• Apply technical troubleshooting methods to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues.
• Follow established procedures and escalation paths to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal tools, policies, and product updates.
• Collaborate with local management, colleagues, and clients to meet service level agreements.
• Assist the Service Desk Specialist with non‑complex work orders and service requests as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both Dutch and French.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite on a shifting schedule.
• Either no prior Service Desk experience or existing experience in technical support.
