Modality Sales Specialist - Enterprise Informatics APAC

About the role

The Modality Sales Specialist for Enterprise Informatics APAC executes sales for assigned product modalities and builds strategic and tactical sales plans to reach sales targets and market share goals, working under limited supervision. The role also identifies new business opportunities, advises customers on technological innovations and upgrades, and prepares sales analyses and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate business forecasts and execute sales plans for assigned modalities
• Penetrate new markets and expand existing ones using clinical and technical knowledge
• Advise customers on innovations and upgrades, and handle inquiries and complaints
• Help stakeholders deliver customer presentations and support tenders and quotations
• Work with account managers, channel partners and other specialists on multi-modality deals and upgrades
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and sales data
• Support the business unit's annual operating plan targets and validate product forecasts
• Partner with Marketing on sales tools, pricing and competitive threats
• Track industry trends, competitors and customer feedback, and run continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Philips policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare (radiology, cardiology, MRI, CT or angiography) and/or imaging informatics
• Resides in the Philippines and is willing to travel within it
• Fluent in English, verbal and written, plus the local language
