Customer Service Representative

About the role

Analog Devices (ADI), a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cavite, Philippines. The role is a graduate-level position focused on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, handling orders, quotes and delivery follow-up for a designated region.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead times in a designated region.
• Check that customer orders are accurate before they are loaded into the systems.
• Manage the progression of customer quotes above a stated revenue amount and manage the customer backlog.
• Interface regularly with manufacturing facilities in Thailand and the Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
• Prepare customer documentation to the highest quality standards.
• Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure the company's commitments on environmental management, health and safety and its quality and environmental policies are observed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any four-year bachelor's degree.
• No travel required.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including macros and LOOKUP functions.
• SAP knowledge and a background in semiconductor manufacturing are an advantage.
